How do I look at the guide without losing my show?

Press LEFT or RIGHT while watching. The channel list opens over the picture and your show keeps playing behind it. BACK closes the list.

On a TV

In full screen, press LEFT or RIGHT: the channel list opens over the picture with each channel's schedule for the day. BACK closes it and you are still on your show. Press BACK once more from full screen and you reach the main guide, where your show carries on in the small picture at the top left; OK on its row takes it back to full screen.

On a phone or tablet

Use the back gesture to return to the guide, then tap a channel to watch it.

During a catch-up replay, LEFT and RIGHT rewind and skip forward instead, so the list over the picture is for live TV.
