How do I go back to a channel I watched before?

While a channel plays, press OK. The bar that appears has a HISTORY row of your last eight channels: press DOWN, pick one and press OK.

On a TV

Press OK while watching full screen. Press DOWN to step into the HISTORY row, LEFT or RIGHT to pick a channel, and OK to play it. UP steps back out, and the bar hides by itself after a few seconds.

The row keeps the last eight channels you watched, from any group. For a short list that never changes, add the channels you watch most to Favourites.
