The TV guide shows no programmes. How do I refresh it?

Open Settings and choose Update EPG now. The guide clears and fills in again as you open the Live guide.

On a TV

Press LEFT twice for the menu, open Settings, and in General choose Update EPG now. Then go back to Live TV and give the rows a few seconds.

On a phone or tablet

Tap Menu, then Settings, then Update EPG now.

Refresh in the menu does the same for the guide and also reloads the channel list.
